Bowl with crepe paper pumpkins and paper ghosts

Halloween is just around the corner and we have another simple and fun tutorial that even the little ones can do with your help.

You will only need a few things: crepe paper, scissors, black marker and glue.

This year we have chosen a Halloween bowl with pumpkins and other decorations that you can choose at your discretion. Our choice was bats and ghosts as one of the distinctive symbols of Halloween.

To start, we cut the orange crepe paper into 4 strips and glued them together in the middle with glue. Then we filled the inside of the pumpkin with brown crepe paper.

We filled the individual crepe pumpkins with paper according to how big we wanted them to be. To add variety, we made one pumpkin in brown and drew a face with a black marker.

We also painted the face of the second pumpkin so we could start with smaller decorations.

We also cut out small bats from paper and glued them on a black crepe background.

For the bats, we made little paper ghosts that we cut out in a spiral shape so that their tails would be twisted and moveable.

There you go, you can display the Halloween bowl in your kitchen or bedroom. Have a wonderful and spooky Halloween!
